As the Divisional Vice President of Marketing, you will play a vital role in leading our marketing strategy and overseeing a dedicated team. This remote position, ideally situated within the Northeast region (NY, NJ, or CT), offers competitive compensation and significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in collaboration with operations and the division marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Design multi-channel marketing approaches across digital, social media, and traditional platforms, establishing clear metrics for success and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Communications to enhance our communication efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (culinary teams, dietitians, operations) and external partners.
- Initiate and manage marketing campaigns that bolster our company culture and enhance brand visibility.
- Spearhead go-to-market strategies for innovative programs aimed at increasing student engagement and driving revenue.
- Report on marketing achievements and strategic initiatives through regular client updates (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Stay abreast of market trends and consumer insights to inform impactful marketing strategies.
- Establish and oversee objectives and KPIs for the marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, nurturing their creativity and accountability.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in marketing management, ideally with a focus on engagement and sales program design.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities paired with excellent organizational and budget management skills.
- Familiarity with the food, restaurant, or fast-casual marketing landscape is advantageous.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills complemented by technical proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and digital engagement strategies.
- Self-motivated with robust leadership and planning skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing management with a successful track record.
